  • pasta - 7 oz (200 g)
  • cooking cream - 5.1 fl oz (150 ml)
  • cream cheese - 3 tbsp.
  • curry - 1 tsp.
  • garlic - clove
  • parmesan - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • oil - a little, for the water in which the pasta will be boiled

How to make

Put a liter of water in the pot and wait for it to boil. Add a little oil and a little salt. Bring the pasta to a boiling point, by stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Boil for 10 minutes, strain the pasta and wash it a little.

Put the cooking sour cream, pasta, salt and black pepper, finely chopped garlic and curry into the pot. Cook for a minute and add the cream cheese and parmesan. Mix and consume the dish warm.
