How to make
In this fish patties recipe, I use Dragon's sunflower flour, which is low carb. It is IMPORTANT to know that if you grind the seeds, you will not get the same flour and result.
For the tuna patties, I used 0.5 oz (15 g) of sunflower flour. You can replace it with anything else. Coconut will be about 10-15 g, almond - 30-35 g, ordinary - 30-35 g. If you use other sunflower flour, there may also be a difference, but I don't know how much.
Fish patties are keto and low carb friendly.
The fish is strained from the liquid and then mixed with the remaining ingredients. Leave it for 5 minutes. This is done so that the sunflower flour can absorb the moisture and the mixture becomes thicker.
You can bake the patties in the oven or fry them in a pan. I cooked mine in the fryer.
Turn on the appliance to warm up. Make small patties and arrange them. They will flatten slightly during baking. I baked on the roast program - 370°F (190°C), 8-9 minutes on one side and 5 on the other.
8 small patties are obtained.
