Ingredients

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • tuna - 2 tins (in sauce)
  • flaxseed flour - 4 tbsp. (with a tip)
  • butter - 1 tbsp. (or coconut oil)
  • salt - by taste
  • parsley - finely chopped
  • garlic - 2 cloves (finely chopped)

How to make

Whisk the eggs and salt. Add all other products and mix well.

Form several patties. Heat the pan and add the butter.

Place the patties and cook at a medium heat until they get to a golden brown color (about 2-3 minutes).

Flip the pattie and cook on the other side.

Add some vegetables to the dish.
