"Your dinner can be just as delicious as quail egg meatballs if you roll up your sleeves a little"

measures

How to make

The quail eggs added into already boiling water and boiled for 5 minutes. After they cool, they are peeled.

The pepper and carrot are cut into strips and fried in an oven or fryer.

I baked mine in the fryer on the Grill setting - 390°F (200°C) for 5 minutes. Then they are cut into small pieces. The pickles are also cut into pieces.

The minced meat is mixed with the egg and spices - onion, parsley, salt, black pepper.

Form 12 meatballs from the minced meat.

Each one is spread out slightly. I use a silicone pad. If you don't have one, you can make them on cling film.

Put a few pieces of the vegetables in the middle and add an egg. The ends of the minced meat are folded towards the middle and a meatball is formed. When shaping, I flatten it slightly.

Bake the meatballs in an air fryer on the roast program - 370°F (185°C). 10 minutes on one side and 5 on the other.

You can also bake them in the oven at 360°F (180°C), but the time will be longer.
