How to make
1. Beat the eggs, flour, nutmeg and milk to a smooth dough and leave it for 30 minutes to rest.
2. Add the finely chopped figs, cleaned and ground almonds, raisins and mix it all well.
3. From the mixture, fry pancakes on both sides, pouring in a little oil in the pan before each pancake.
4. Serve them immediately with honey or fig jam as desired. You can substitute the fruits with your favorite ones.
