  • carp - 4 servings or 4 smaller fish
  • red wine - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • oil - 1 tablespoon
  • butter - 2 tbsp (30 g)
  • flour - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
  • onions - 4 heads
  • mushrooms - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • peppers - 1 green
  • garlic
  • parsley
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to make

Boil the wine, butter, flour, oil, finely chopped mushrooms, peppers, onion, garlic, parsley, black pepper and salt to taste.

Add the carp servings and boil on low heat until soft. The juice should not be too runny. If it ends up runny, you will need to boil it some more.
