How to make
Cut the meat into small pieces, saute on low heat with the oil and enough water to cover it. If necessary, pour in more water. After 40-50 minutes, add the chopped onions and spices.
Once softened, transfer them to a tray. Add the finely diced potatoes, tomatoes, pour in a cup of hot broth or water and mix. Bake at 360°F (180 °C) for 30-40 minutes.
Then tap in the eggs low over small indentations that you have made with a spoon. Sprinkle with a little oil and put it back in the oven until the eggs cook.
Makes for 6 servings.
