How to make
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin round slices. Fry them in a pan in the butter on medium heat until golden on both sides. Then sprinkle with grated emmental cheese / cheese and make nests for the eggs.
Add the eggs carefully into the prepared nests. Add the liquid cream, covering the whole dish. Sprinkle it with salt and pepper and fry until the egg whites actually turn white.
