- raspberries - 1 2/5 cups (350 g) fresh or frozen
- yoghurt - 1 1/5 cups (300 g), strained
- sugar - 5 tbsp

Wash and drain the berries. In a blender, or food processor, combine the raspberries, yoghurt and sugar and blend briefly - until everything is homogenized.
You can also whip it with a mixer. Pour the yoghurt with raspberries in bowls and put them in the freezer for several hours.
