How to make
Start by putting the new potatoes in salted boiling water to boil. Strain them and peel them if necessary. In a suitable container, mix the butter and powdered sugar.
When the butter becomes hot and the sugar is completely dissolved, drop the potatoes in. Fry on high heat until the sugar starts to caramelize.
Before serving, sprinkle it with nutmeg and decorate it with chopped dill / parsley .
