How to make
Knead the lamb mince with salt to taste, the black pepper and chili, add the ground caraway, cloves and very finely chopped parsley. Form into 6 elliptical meatballs.
Take 2 skewers and alternate between a meatball, tomato ring, onion, meatball, vegetables again and meatball on each of them. Grease the skewers and put them to bake on a preheated grill or barbecue, having greased the elements as well.
Serve the Arabic Kafta on pita bread.
