How to make
The Arabic flatbread is cut from the center to the periphery.
It is spread first with mayonnaise, then with lutenitsa, and pieces of ham are arranged on them and sprinkled generously with grated cheese.
From left to right, it is rolled up into triangles to form pocket sandwiches.
It is smeared with oil on both sides and is cooked on an optigrill or on a grill pan.
Serve the sandwiches with Arabian flatbread with tomato slices.
