How to make

We heat the oven to 390°F (200°C) and during this time we prepare the potatoes.

We wash the potatoes well and cut them like an accordion, put a slice of bacon in each hole and arrange them in a baking pan.

In a bowl, we mix the products for spreading, with the help of a brush, we spread the potatoes well all over.

We bake the stuffed potatoes for 30 minutes, then spread the prepared mixture again and bake for another 30 minutes.

Take them out and sprinkle them with finely chopped spring onions and parsley.
