How to make
The mackerel fish is cleaned from the head and fins and cut into two halves.
Wash it well under running water and let it drain.
Sprinkle with sea salt, black pepper and a little oil.
Heat the grill, also greased with a little oil and bake on both sides until the crust is crispy.
Serve the grilled mackerel with fries, a lemon wedge and a cold beer.
