How to make
The salmon is coated well with olive oil, salt and white pepper. It is cooked in a grill pan.
In a bowl, chop the marinated tomatoes, olives and spring onions, leaving a few of them not cut and for decoration.
Add the capers and mix everything well.
The pan-grilled fish is served on top of the vegetable mixture and sprinkled with mustard seeds. Finally, it is decorated with the remaining spring onions.
The salmon with marinated tomatoes is ready.
