How to make
In a blender, grind the cocoa biscuits and mix them with the coconut oil to form a biscuit base. Distribute them the jars and press.
In a bowl, mix the sour cream, skyr, lemon essence, vanilla and powdered sugar. Stir. Dissolve the gelatin in water and heat it for two seconds in the microwave.
Pour the cream cheese. Stir.
Fill the jars with the finished parfait and refrigerate them for a few hours to set.
Serve the delicious desserts with fruit decoration.
