For the Chia Dessert with Peaches and Dates chop the banana and peach into large chunks and put them in a blender jug.

If you don't currently have dates, you can substitute them with honey, agave or maple syrup.
For a vegan version, you can replace the milk with nut milk.
Blend until smooth.
Add the chia seeds to the mixture, stir and let the pudding sit in the fridge for about an hour.
During this time, the chia seeds will swell and the chia pudding will thicken.
Then divide the pudding into 2 cups or bowls and garnish with more fresh fruit.
