How to make
First prepare the topping by grinding most of the strawberries with a blender.
Put them in a small pot with a tablespoon of sugar until they thicken.
Once cooled, pour half into a serving glass.
Add a scoop of ice cream and diced strawberries and a peach.
Add the other ice cream ball and fruit. The ice cream sundae is poured with the remaining topping and decorated with sliced almonds, sugar confetti sprinkles and sponge cake crumbs.
