Ingredients

  • cream - 7 fl oz (200 ml)
  • ricotta - 9 oz (250 g)
  • mascarpone - 9 oz (250 g)
  • sugar - 4.25 oz (120 g)
  • lemons - 1 pc.
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • strawberries - 0.9 lb (400 g) or raspberries or of choice

How to make

Fresh and light on the palate, the ricotta and mascarpone cream can be combined with any dessert as an excellent filling.

Combine the drained ricotta with the sugar and mascarpone. Pour the cream and beat with the mixer into a fluffy cream.

Add the lemon peel and juice of half a lemon. If you wish, add strawberries or raspberries to the cream.

Place it in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Serve it cold.
