How to make
In the baking pan, in which the cake will be baked, put one cup of sugar to caramelize.
After it caramelizes, add the butter and stir the mixture.
Arrange the washed, pitted apricots with cut side down on top.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar into a fluffy cream. Then the sifted flour and baking powder are added to them.
Stir the mixture well and pour it over the apricots.
The fruit cake is baked in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C).
Its readiness is checked with a wooden skewer or a toothpick.
When serving, invert it onto a large plate with the fruit facing up.
The apricot upside-down cake is ready.
