How to make
This is an interesting bread with a very specific flavor and not for every taste. But if you're a fan of non-traditional recipes, you might fall in love with this one.
Dissolve the yeast in the dark beer with the two spoons of brown sugar and two or three spoons of the flour. Mix well, cover with a towel and leave it for 10 minutes.
Crush the garlic clove with the two tablespoons of olive oil. Mix with the mustard.
Sift the flour into a bowl with the salt and make a well in the middle. Pour beer with yeast and garlic with mustard into it.
Knead a smooth dough, adding additional flour a little at a time until it stops sticking and becomes elastic.
Let it rise for 40-50 minutes.
Grease and flour a rectangular cake tin with a capacity of 1 liter. Shape the bread and put it in the cake tin, covering all the corners so that it can rise in height. Allow it to rise again until doubled/tripled in volume.
Sprinkle with flour and bake in a 200°C oven for 25-30 minutes. You can tell when a loaf of bread is ready when you tap the crust and it makes a hollow sound.
Remove it from the cake tin, place it on a wire rack to cool completely and then cut it into slices.
This bread is mostly for making delicious sandwiches.
Enjoy your meal!
