How to make
Beat the egg with the sugar and honey. Add the sesame tahini at room temperature so it's not so hard. Stir well until it is completely dissolved and then pour the oil.
Sift the flour with the ammonia soda into the liquid mixture and mix to a medium soft dough, by adding more flour if necessary.
With lightly greased fingers, form balls and flatten them (you can make the honey cookies thinner or plumper if you like)
Arrange them spaced apart in two baking trays, which have been greased or have been lined with baking paper.
Bake in an oven heated to 360°F (180°C) for about 15 minutes, depending on the thickness. Keep an eye on them because they cook quickly and can burn.
Wait for them to cool and serve with tea, coffee or milk. Enjoy!
