Ingredients

  • pumpkins - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • feta cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • sugar - 1 1/2 cups
  • flour - 1 cup
  • oil - 1 cup
  • eggs - 3
  • milk - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • sugar - 1 cup

How to make

Peel the boiled pumpkin and cut it into small pieces. Roll each of them in flour and arrange a layer of pumpkin pieces in an oiled baking dish. Arrange enough pieces to cover the bottom of the tray.

Sprinkle the layer with a little oil, crumbled feta cheese and sugar. Do not roll the pieces for the next layer in flour, just arrange them and sprinkle with feta cheese, sugar and oil.

Repeat until out of pumpkin. Bake in a moderate oven, then add a glaze made of 3 eggs, the milk and sugar. Bake again, until the glaze turns golden.

Serve cold. Enjoy your meal!
