This snack is suitable for children's birthdays, for children - instead of candy – to treat themselves to fresh bean balls.
For this recipe, use fine white beans from small grains with a thin skin, so that it does not make the stomach feel heavy and above all, doesn't cause gas.
This is also suitable for vegetarians, as a light parsley side dish or starter.
Pre-soak the beans the night before. You need to boil and drain them from the water (if desired, 1-2 waters can be changed).
If you use beans from a jar - strain them as well.
To the small beans, add freshly picked fresh parsley (small leaves without stalks) - finely chopped.
Add the oil and spices and using a liquidizer or a large fork, mash everything together until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Form small balls and decorate them with small leaves, parsley tips.
If you provide the cooked products to children to prepare them themselves, that will be very pleasant, easy and interesting for them!
