How to make
Heat the milk. Put the butter in it to melt and the oats to soften. Leave them for five minutes.
Beat the two eggs with a pinch of salt. Add the milk mixture to them.
Add the flour to which you added the baking powder. Finally, add the crumbled white cheese, the grated yellow cheese and the chopped olives. Stir well.
You should get a batter that is thicker than pancake batter, but thinner than cake batter.
Scoop with a ladle and bake in the preheated waffle iron. This mixture makes seven waffles with a diameter of 7″ (18 cm).
Serve them with yogurt salad.
The savory oat waffles are ready.
