How to make
First, prepare the syrup from water and sugar. Add the vanilla to it.
When it is ready, the oil is poured into a deep pan. When it warms up, pour the semolina and fry until golden.
Then pour the syrup to it and stir vigorously to avoid lumps.
Pour the halva into a tray and wait for it to cool. Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
Grandma's semolina halva is ready.
