How to make
Heat the oil in a pot and add the semolina, while stirring it, so that it does not burn.
In another pot, we have prepared the water and sugar, so that we can pour them into the semolina, which we have lightly fried, until it has aquired a brown color.
Also add the cinnamon and continue to mix. Stir continuously, until the semolina thickens.
When this happens, pull it from the heat and cover the pot with a lid.
The semolina should be covered with a lid for at least two hours, so that it hardens and we can then turn it over onto a plate.
After turning it over, sprinkle it with cinnamon on top and serve it.
