How to make
Heat the oil and add the finely chopped onion and garlic. Add the remaining vegetables, cleaned and cut into suitable pieces.
Stew until soft, by stirring constantly. Add the minced meat. Stir and add the paprika. Season with salt.
Pour warm water (to cover the vegetables) and cook on low heat until the vegetables soften, the dish thickens and it remains in fat.
Before removing from the heat, beat the flour with a little water (to make a thickener) and add it to the stew. Stir and boil for about 1 minute.
Sprinkle the cooked stew with spearmint.
The minced meat and vegetable stew is ready.
