How to make
Break the cauliflower into small pieces.
Blanch it for 3 - 4 minutes in a pot of water, first placing the pot with the water on the stove and after it boils, add the cauliflower pieces into the boiling water.
Take out the blanched cauliflowers and let them drain on kitchen paper.
Put soy sauce, garlic powder, a little turmeric in a bowl and pour olive oil on top.
Add the cauliflower, stir it well and after it is ready, put it in the Air Fryer.
Set the device to 390°F (200°C) for 15 minutes.
Take them out and arrange them on a plate and sprinkle with the chopped dill.
The Air Fryer Roasted Cauliflower is easy and a delicious vegan meal.
If you don't have an Air Fryer, cook the cauliflower in the oven.
