How to make
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Pour them into a bowl. Add the mayonnaise and mix well.
Leave them for about 30 minutes.
Grind the chips in a blender. Pour the crumbs into a bowl and generously roll each piece of chicken in them.
Arrange them in a tray covered with baking paper and bake at a moderate temperature for about 15 minutes or until done.
Serve the bites immediately with mayonnaise sauce separately or with sauce of choice.
The chicken bites in tortilla breading are amazingly delicious.
