How to make
Wash the wheat under running water. Put it in a pot with a lid and pour 2 cups of water and leave it for several hours, or all night.
In a pot, heat 3-4 tbsp. oil.
Clean and finely chop the onion, then pour it into the heated oil and mix well. Add the frozen spinach as well.
After about 4-5 minutes, after the spinach has changed color, add half a teaspoon of salt and the dried spearmint and stir.
Add the pre-soaked wheat and add a cup and a half of water. Season with black pepper and a tablespoon of paprika.
Leave the dish to cook over low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent it from burning.
The wheat with spinach is ready.
