How to make
Beat the butter with the sugar until it turns into a fluffy mass, to which we successively add the eggs, milk and the flour sifted along with baking powder and vanilla.
Half of the batter is spread in a buttered mold and covered with a layer of grated or sliced apples.
Place the second half of the batter on top and bake at 360°F (180°C) for about 20 minutes.
Cool and serve the apple cake sprinkled with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
