  • chicken - 1 pc.
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • peas - 10.5 oz (300 g) frozen
  • salt
  • soy sauce
  • balsamic glaze
  • universal seasoning - for chicken
  • butter - 3.5 oz (100 g)

How to make

Clean the chicken. Melt the butter, add soy sauce, chicken seasoning and salt to it.

Coat the chicken generously with the marinade. Spread it with balsamic glaze on top.

Place the chicken in a suitable baking pan and place it in a preheated oven. Add 1/2 cup of water.

Halfway through roasting, turn the chicken over, glaze it again and add the vegetables. The carrots should have been sliced in advance.

Cook until the Roasted Chicken is done - until a nice golden brown color is obtained.
