How to make
Slice the fillet very thinly. Slice the ham thinly, by making sure the slices are the size of the pork fillet.
Sprinkle the meat with black pepper, salt and roll it in flour. Heat the fat and fry it briefly on both sides.
Take it out and place it onto kitchen paper. Arrange the fillet in a baking pan. Place the ham on it, fillet again, ham and finish off with fillet.
Cover each pile with a slice of cheese.
Put the specialty in a preheated oven at 480°F (250°C) and bake until the cheese has browned.
