How to make
Clean and peel the onion. Cut it into thicker slices. Separate each piece.
Season them with salt, sprinkle them with black pepper and roll them in flour.
Pour a large amount of oil into a frying pan (the fat should cover the onion slices) and heat it.
Fry the onion rings and place them onto kitchen paper to drain.
Serve the beer appetizer warm.
