How to make
Use 12.5 oz (350 g) raw almonds, preferably peeled. Grind them with the help of a chopper or another suitable device.
Put the sugar in a pot with about 5 spoons of water and let it melt. Add the grinded almonds and mix well.
Let the mixture boil over low heat for about 5 minutes, by stirring constantly.
Remove it from the heat and let it cool and pour it into small molds.
Cover with transparent foil and leave them in the refrigerator for a few hours to cool well. Then the halva is ready for consumption.
