Ingredients

  • zucchini - 2
  • smoked salmon - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • cream cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • chopped dill - 1 tbsp.
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp.
  • oil - 1 tsp
  • salt - 2 pinches
  • water - 2 cups

How to make

Wash the zucchini, peel them and cut them into thin strips. Put the water in a pot on the stove, add the salt, oil and lemon juice and boil.

Place the strips in the boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Take them out and place them on kitchen paper and let them cool and drain.

Crush the garlic and mix it with the cream cheese and dill. Chop the smoked salmon and add it. Mix well.

Take a strip of zucchini and put a little of the mixture in one part. Roll it up and stick a toothpick through it.

Prepare all the rolls and arrange them on a serving plate.

Store them in the refrigerator until it is time to serve them.
