How to make
Cut the cheese into pieces, making sure they are not too thick.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix them well with a wire whisk. Put the flour in another bowl and the breadcrumbs and two pinches of black pepper in a third bowl and mix well.
Heat the oil in the pan. Take a piece of white cheese and dip it in the flour, in the eggs and in the breadcrumbs with the black pepper. Repeat three times and put it in the pan.
This is what you need to do with all of the cheese.
Fry until golden.
