How to make
In a bowl, beat the oil and sugar with a mixer for 1-2 minutes. Add the eggs and salt and continue to beat.
Pour 1 cup of flour and milk. Beat for 1 minute and add the remaining flour, lemon juice, lime juice and lemon sugar.
Beat until homogenized.
Pour the mixture into a rectangular Teflon sponge cake mold.
Bake in an oven heated to 300°F (150°C) for about 40 minutes.
Leave the baked sponge cake to harden for 2-3 hours and preferably until the next day. Cut it into pieces and serve it.
