The fish is cleaned and washed, by removing the heads.

The mackerel fish is salted on all sides very well.

Squeeze the lemons.

Pour the lemon juice over the pieces of fish and leave them in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

The carrots are washed, peeled and grated.

The onion is cleaned, washed and finely chopped.

The carrots and onions are put into a wok pan.

Add the oil and fry for 10 minutes.

The tomatoes are washed and cut into cubes, then they are added to the carrots after they have been fried.

Stir and stew for 10 minutes, then add the flour dissolved in cold water.

Boil the sauce for 5 minutes, then remove from the heat and blend.

Remove the fish from the refrigerator and transfer it into another tray with a lid without the lemon juice. Pour the sauce over it.
