How to make
Put the sour cream, sugar and chocolate in a bowl and place them in a water bath.
Stir with a spatula until the chocolate is completely melted and a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Then remove the bowl and leave it to cool and thicken slightly.
If there are lumps in the mixture, you can rub it through a fine sieve.
The sour cream glaze is ready.
