How to make

The pasta is boiled in salted water. When it is ready, it is strained and some of the water in which it was boiled is saved.

During this time, finely chop the onion, garlic and parsley.

The tuna is strained. Grate the peel of 1/2 lemon.

When the spaghetti are almost done, 4 tbsp. olive oil is heated in a pan and the onion is fried.

When it softens, add the garlic. Then pour the fish and corn and mix well.

If the corn is frozen, leave it for a few minutes, even with a lid, to steam the corn more easily.

Then add the cooked pasta, along with 1/4 cup of the water, which you set aside, grated lemon peel, a little freshly squeezed lemon juice and season with salt and black pepper. Mix well. If needed, add more water.

Before serving, sprinkle with parsley and parmesan.

The pasta with tuna and corn is ready.
