How to make
Preheat the oven to 330°F (165°C).
In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, yogurt, stevia and protein powder. Stir until homogenous.
Add the vanilla and eggs (one at a time) and mix.
Pour the healthy cake mixture into a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 330°F (165°C) for 30 minutes.
Turn the oven down to 210°F (100°C) and bake the delicious cheesecake for another 30-40 minutes.
Leave it to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate the protein cheesecake with stevia for at least 4 hours.
