How to make
Biscuit base: crumble the biscuits and melt the butter. Mix well.
The gelatin is dissolved in water (2 tbsp) and it is left to swell for about 10 min.
Then add about 6-7 tbsp of water and dissolve it in a water bath.
Mix the skyr and the protein powder, which has previously been dissolved in water (about 2/5 cup ~100 ml).
Everything is mixed and the cheesecake is left in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
The Protein Cheesecake with Skyr is ready.
