Ingredients

  • shrimp - 0.9 lb (400 g), boiled and peeled
  • cherry tomatoes - 7 oz (200 g)
  • for the marinade
  • lemon juice - 6 tbsp.
  • soy sauce - 4 tbsp.
  • olive oil - 6 tbsp.
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • brown sugar - 1 tsp.
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

For the marinade, mix the lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, pressed garlic clove, brown sugar, black pepper and salt to taste in a suitable container.

Leave the shrimp in the marinade for at least 30 minutes, turning them occasionally.

The skewers are smeared with olive oil and the shrimp and cherry tomatoes are strung on them alternately. Spread again with the marinade and grill on both sides until done.

Served them warm with a well-chilled drink - white wine, ouzo, vodka - the choice is yours!

The grilled shrimp are ready.
