How to make
Wash and clean the fish, by salting it well inside and out. Then make the mixture with the rice by washing it and adding the finely chopped walnuts and whole raisins to it, also adding the spices as well.
Mix and fill the carp with part of the mixture and pour the rest on the outside (or all the mixture is on the outside). Pour water 1:5 of the rice, that is, with 5 cups of water.
Cut the lemon into slices and arrange them on the carp.
Roast it at 390°F (200°C) for about an hour and a half.
