How to make
Leave the fish fillets to defrost. Wash and strain them well from the water. Season them with salt and black pepper and let them absorb the salt for about 30 minutes.
Put baking paper on the tray, lightly coat it with oil and put the fillets in it, which you previously sprinkled with some breadcrumbs (if desired).
Clean the field mushrooms and put them between the pangasius, sprinkle with a little salt and add pieces of butter.
They are a perfect side dish to the baked fish, but you can substitute with any other side dish you like.
Bake until golden in the oven and serve with a lemon wedge.
