"Something tasty with coffee, why not a cake with candied fruit"

Ingredients

  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • yogurt - 1 cup
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp.
  • flour - 2 cups
  • candied fruit - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • powdered sugar

How to make

Put the soda into the yogurt and mix. Beat the eggs and sugar until a white mixture is obtained.

Add the milk with activated soda, oil and mix. Add the flour and mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Cut the fruit into small pieces, add them to the mixture and mix. Pour the sponge cake mix into a greased and floured baking pan.

Bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 40 minutes or until fully baked. Sprinkle the cooled finished sponge cake with powdered sugar.
