How to make
Wash the lamb chops and put them in a bowl with a lid.
Sprinkle them with salt, black pepper and add (break it) rosemary. Mix and leave them in the fridge for a few hours.
Heat the grill and cook all of the chops on both sides until done.
When grilling, place rosemary on the meat to absorb the aroma even better.
Remove and serve the grilled lamb chops immediately with a favorite salad.
