  • chicken gizzards - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • beer - 1/2 cup
  • flour - 2 tbsp.
  • black pepper - a pinch
  • chicken broth - 1 cube
  • oil

How to make

Wash and cut the gizzards - each in half. Put them to boil in water, skimming off the foam that will form.
